*Additional Notes:

-List author's last name first, EXCEPT in the case of two or more authors. In that case, the first author is last name first, while the added authors are first name first.

-Abbreviate all months except May, June and July. For a newspaper or weekly magazine, list day before month. (example: 28 Oct. 1998).

-Reverse indentation for two or more lines.

-For missing information, follow these guidelines:

No author given: skip the author's name and begin with the title of the entry

No place of publication given: N.p.

No publisher given: n.p.

No date given: n.d.
